Delivery Information

We strive to ship your order within 48 hours during the working week, whenever possible, depending on stock availability. Please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch, with slightly longer processing times during the busy holiday season.

Estimated delivery times for UK orders are 2–5 working days after dispatch, but may vary depending on location and courier circumstances.

UK Delivery

Shipping costs within the UK are based on the total parcel value, covering postage, packaging, and VAT. Some postcodes may require additional charges, which we will confirm before dispatch.

All UK parcels are sent via a tracked service:

Orders up to 2kg are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£2.99) or Tracked 24 (£3.99), depending on parcel size.

Larger parcels exceeding Royal Mail’s size limits are sent via Parcelforce.

Parcelforce may apply surcharges for certain postcodes, and we will inform you in advance if any adjustments are needed.

Extreme Weather Conditions – While rare, severe weather may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and recommend checking with your local sorting office if your parcel is delayed.

You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Please use this tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

International Delivery

We currently ship to a wide range of countries, including Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Isle of Man, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Latvia, Lesotho, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Moldova, Namibia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, UAE, and United States.

International shipping is calculated based on weight and volume. UK VAT is automatically removed at checkout, and an estimated postal charge is applied. The final shipping cost is confirmed once your order is packed. All international parcels are sent via a tracked service.

Please be aware that import charges may apply based on your local customs regulations. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility. The maximum insurance level per parcel is £100.

Estimated delivery times for international orders are between 7–21 working days, dependent on destination and selected postal service.

We will provide a tracking reference for all international shipments emailed to you upon dispatch.

Stock Availability

All items are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, simply place a new order once it’s available again.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but if any items arrive damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within four working days of receipt. If no notification is received within this period, we will assume the order was received in good condition.

For insured Parcel Force deliveries, please contact us within 10 working days of dispatch if your parcel has not arrived.

We aim to resolve all claims for damaged or missing items within 5 working days of receiving your notification.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every purchase from Very Tiny Business and take pride in offering high-quality products and expert advice.

If you wish to return or exchange an item:

  • Contact us within four working days from the day after delivery via email info@verytinybusiness.com.
  • Return the item in its original packaging and unused condition within 14 days of receipt.
  • Please include a copy of your original receipt, or email us the order confirmation.
  • Customer arranges return postage.
  • Postage are non-refundable.
  • PayPal transaction fees may apply and, where these are non-refundable to us, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.
  • Orders qualifying for complimentary shipping (£25+) will have a £4.99 shipping & fulfilment contribution deducted from refunds where applicable. This helps support packing materials, fulfilment preparation, handling, shipping services already completed, and processing involved in preparing and managing orders.

For exchanges, please contact us before sending your item back, as additional postage costs may apply.

If you believe your item is faulty, reach out to us immediately, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

For secure returns, we recommend using Royal Mail Tracked. Shipping address: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

If your item is deemed faulty, we will cover the return postage costs and offer either an exchange or a full refund as appropriate.

This returns policy is designed to ensure a smooth process and does not affect your statutory rights.
