• Orders up to 2kg ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£2.99) or Tracked 24 (£3.99) of your choice!
• Orders above £25 get free shipping (Tracked 48)!

You'll get a tracking number once it's out the door, so you can follow your parcel’s journey home 🏡 (And if there’s a storm slowing things down, we’ll keep you updated!)

Yes, always! All orders are sent using a tracked delivery service, so you can follow your parcel from our hands to your doorstep.

Once it has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email to keep an eye on its journey.

We take great care in packaging your order, but if any items arrive damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within four working days of receipt.
